Week of April 7 — shipping the workspace beta

This week the team moved Lumen's shared workspace from preview into a closed beta, clearing the last blocking issues and bringing the first ten design partners onboard 12. The real-time sync path landed after a week of review and now runs in production for every beta account 3.

On the product side we shipped inline comments and resolved a long-standing data-export bug that two partners had flagged 45. Calendar held three onboarding calls this week, and the notes from those calls are already feeding next week's roadmap 67.

Growth stayed quiet by design while we hardened the beta. One inbound from a Series A fund and a warm intro to a potential design partner are the two threads worth keeping open 89. Hiring is paused until the beta stabilizes; the staff engineer search resumes in May 10.

Numbers for the week: ten design partners live, 28 pull requests merged, and 41 issues closed with zero Sev-1 incidents 1112.
